Fuel cells are a promise for the future thanks to modern technology and still great potential for improvement. At this point, this work begins and develops a new class of materials with regard to their use in fuel cells. The resulting composite is in the form of a thin and flexible membrane and is described in terms of its construction. The description explains the material properties and finds the optimal parameters for using the membranes as an electrolyte in a fuel cell. Particular attention is paid to the investigation of long-term stability and behavior under cyclically changing environmental conditions.
